Business Development Director

We have an opening for a Business Development Director to join the Grandad team.

Your Challenge

Grandad Digital is an agency with an ever expanding reputation for quality design and user experience, backed with brilliant technical delivery.

Historically our agency has relied on traditional means of new business development, through referrals and introductions. However, through our ever growing ambitions we need someone who will come in and really drive from the front on finding, obtaining and introducing us to potential clients and opportunities.

The digital landscape is changing daily and opportunities move quickly, this role is not for the faint of heart and requires true depth and understanding of the solutions we offer and the services we provide to really succeed.

This role is primed for someone to come in and really carve their own path on how to succeed, you will not be held back. Simply supported.


About You

You ideally need to be someone who has operated and sold within the digital agency space for a few years, a true hardened sales professional who knows how to sell and cater the offering to your audience.

Confidence walking into a situation and coming out with a clear understanding of customer needs and wants and a clear plan on how to align our solutions and offerings to them.

Historic success across digital sales is a must, and you have a refined process and approach to generate opportunities that you can easily bring with you.

A true solution driven individual who flexes their approach depending on the audience.

Preferably someone who has experience building their own desk of opportunities from scratch and building success.

You are an individual who has clear aspirations on their career path, and has clear expectations on what you require from us to achieve those aspirations.

Real passion for sales, you live a breathe talking to new prospects about your offer. You are creative and entrepreneurial in your approach and do not rely on a template to sell.
