2025Wrapped

We can’t wait to see what 2026 has to bring, but before we get carried away, let’s celebrate the moments, and the team, that made 2025 a year of success at Grandad

Of course, let’s not forget Grandad Tim who helped us out along the way, especially at the AMA conference .

13 highlights... Lucky us

From rebranding a local council to our first American client, this year’s launches showcased the full breadth of what we do.

The headliner of 2025

This year’s London Borough of Culture - Welcome to Wandsworth

Culture everywhere. Creativity unleashed. A borough buzzing.

Creating opportunities for connection. Amplifying creativity. Making culture accessible to every community across the borough.

Our work with Welcome to Wandsworth brought culture to the forefront of London life in 2025, and the results speak for themselves.

R&D Fridays - exciting news coming soon...

We’ve built a reputation for delivering advanced solutions in ticketing, data, and digital experiences.

In 2025, however, we reached a new milestone as our development team pushed the boundaries of what’s possible. While we can’t yet disclose the full scope of what we’ve created, we can offer a few indications of the impact.

Warwick Arts Centre adopted one of these new technologies early, an investment that may have contributed to a 34% increase in upsell revenue.

HSO is another early adopter. It’s possible that one of our recent innovations played a role in their 113% increase in purchases within the first two months post-launch.

So next year, when you notice how seamless buying tickets has become or when you hear people talking to our websites speak with Grandad. By then, we may be ready to share everything.

We kept sustainability at our heart

We kept things green while keeping things gorgeous.

Sustainability isn’t a side project for us - it’s part of how we design, build, and host. Throughout 2025 we made continual improvements across the sites we manage - quietly making the web a cleaner place one upgrade at a time..

We improved each page view by roughly 0.142g of emissions Meaning on Warwick Art Centre’s website alone we saved 53,872.102g of emissions

It’s our team’s hard work and experience that allows us to do what we do

Not all work There is some play

We didn’t spend all of 2025 sat at our desks. From conferences to launch parties, workshops to lighting up the Piccadilly Screen - it’s been a year to remember.
