Designing an intuitive digital gateway to connect audiences with this national charity’s services, jobs and donation options

Our journey with this leading national charity supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism has been nothing short of inspiring. Their mission to empower these individuals to lead fulfilling lives that resonate with their aspirations and skills resonated with our core values of progress and inclusivity.

When MacIntyre entrusted us with their vision of a modern, engaging, and technologically advanced online platform, we knew we were not just designing a website; we were creating a gateway for users to access support, opportunities for career growth, or avenues to contribute through donations. 

Understanding that each visitor had a distinct goal in mind, we set out to build a compliant website that not only showcased MacIntyre's dedication but also provided a seamless user experience that provided warmth and safety.

By diving deep into stakeholder insights and holding collaborative workshops, we gained invaluable perspectives on MacIntyre's challenges, user pain points, and unique considerations. This deep understanding enabled us to simplify pathways, ensuring that users could effortlessly navigate to the services tailored to their individual needs. Our implementation of a unified donation flow not only facilitated contributions but also reinforced MacIntyre's ethos of empowering individuals to live purposeful lives.

Recognising the importance of effective communication across MacIntyre's extensive staff network, we devised a tailored solution to deliver personalized content to each of the 1000+ members. This strategic approach transformed MacIntyre's extranet into a dynamic hub for communication and collaboration, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose among the team.
