Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

Creating a multilingual digital destination to promote this area of outstanding natural beauty

When our partnership with Pembrokeshire Coast National Park began, we knew we were taking on a project as vast and inspiring as the dramatic Welsh coastline itself. Home to some of Britain's most breathtaking landscapes, diverse wildlife, and rich historical landmarks, the park needed a digital presence that could capture its natural majesty while serving as an educational gateway for visitors from around the world.

Our challenge was to create a multilingual platform that would not only showcase the park's stunning beauty but also deepen people's connection with this remarkable natural treasure. We wanted to transform casual browsers into engaged visitors, and visitors into advocates for the park's conservation mission.

At the heart of our solution was an immersive visual experience. We incorporated cinematic imagery and live feeds that bring the park's rugged cliffs, rolling hills, and diverse ecosystems directly to users' screens. But we went beyond mere aesthetics. We crafted detailed, accessible information about the park's unique habitats, geology, fauna, and flora, making it easy for visitors to learn about the natural wonders they would encounter.

Education was central to the website's design. We developed dedicated sections for schools and educators, complete with teaching resources and information about educational programs. These features were carefully designed to inspire the next generation of conservationists and nature lovers, helping secure the park's future by fostering appreciation among young people.

The result was more than just a website - it became a digital gateway to one of Britain's most precious natural spaces. Whether planning a family holiday, organising a school trip, or simply learning about Welsh natural heritage, visitors can now easily access everything they need to know about the park. Through thoughtful design and engaging content, we've helped create a platform that not only promotes tourism but also strengthens the vital connection between people and this extraordinary landscape.

Our work with Pembrokeshire Coast National Park demonstrates how digital experiences can serve both practical and aspirational goals - making information accessible while inspiring a deeper appreciation for our natural heritage.
