We knew we were taking on a project that would touch lives across the entire country.
Our mission was to craft a website that would do more than just showcase Sport Wales' work - it needed to be a powerful tool for communication that could reach and engage every Welsh citizen. This meant creating a fully bilingual experience where users could seamlessly switch between Welsh and English at any point in their journey.
We began by diving deep into user analysis, understanding the diverse audiences who would interact with the platform. From parents looking for children's activities to elite athletes seeking support, each user group had unique needs and motivations. This insight drove our design decisions, ensuring the platform would be truly inclusive and accessible to all.
The heart of our solution lay in creating intuitive user hubs with robust filtering systems. Whether someone was taking their first steps into an active lifestyle or training for international competition, they could easily find relevant opportunities and resources. We streamlined these journeys, making sure valuable information was never more than a few clicks away.
