Empowering users with refined filtering technology and improved Spektrix ticket booking integration

Warwick Arts Centre, one of the largest multi-artform venues in the UK, holds a special place not only within the University of Warwick but also in the arts community as a whole. The challenge presented to Grandad was to seamlessly integrate their website with the Spektrix booking system and bring their new brand to life in the digital realm.

Our primary goals included activating their new branding and prioritising a user-centric flow that was both goal-focused and intuitive. Leveraging the latest web components from Spektrix and implementing an API-powered journey, we focused on automating processes to enhance the user experience and drive conversions. This project marked our first integration of Spektrix, and the collaboration with Warwick Arts Centre proved to be a seamless success, solidifying Grandad as a leading Spektrix partner.

Accessibility was a key focus for us, leading to the development of our software, YouAccess, ensuring that the website was inclusive and user-friendly for all visitors.

The transformative results of our work were evident through the surge in first-time purchasers and conversions, addressing the organisation's crucial need for increased revenue. The refreshed branding and innovative website design contributed to the continuous growth experienced during our 5-year partnership with Warwick Arts Centre.
