In our partnership with Keywords Studios, a global powerhouse in gaming solutions, we embarked on an ambitious journey to transform their digital presence. As a company that collaborates with 24 of the top 25 gaming publishers and has likely contributed to many of your favorite games, Keywords Studios operates through four key divisions: Create, Globalise, Engage, and Media & Entertainment.

With a workforce of over 13,000 employees spread across more than 70 studios worldwide, the challenge extended far beyond a simple brand refresh. We needed to develop a comprehensive language, value proposition, and communications strategy that could resonate with their diverse, global team while effectively showcasing their extensive service offerings.

Our approach was deeply rooted in collaboration and insight gathering. We engaged with teams across the Keywords network, conducted thorough stakeholder analysis, and facilitated workshops to uncover insights that would inform our solution. This groundwork ensured our final product would address real business needs and support their ambitious growth plans.

From the beginning, we focused on creating a flexible, high-performance enterprise solution. We developed MVPs that demonstrated functionality through sleek, adaptable design. Given Keywords' global reach, multilingual functionality was paramount. We leveraged AWS for robust global deployment and implemented a central content platform that streamlined the translation process. This innovative approach allowed for easy export and reimport of readable formats for translators, eliminating complex administrative tasks.

The impact of our work was immediate and substantial. Month after month, we witnessed remarkable growth across all key metrics. The website demonstrated increased search dominance and heightened engagement levels, leading to soaring ROI and broader brand awareness.
