We strived to develop an information architecture and content strategy that would effectively showcase their wide range of services. A central focus was on creating a smooth and intuitive ticketing system to enhance user experience.

Being in a bustling city like London, where time is precious, we understood the importance of easy event discovery and ticket booking. Our What’s On page design, featuring a calendar view for efficient date filtering, aimed to make the ticket-purchasing process seamless and convenient for users seeking extraordinary experiences.
By leveraging Red 61 ticketing software, we were able to seamlessly integrate a unique and tailored booking experience into the website. This partnership enabled a full API experience, personalised booking journeys, and scheduled on-sale processes, making Riverside Studios and Red 61 a perfect match.
