Translating the magic of this experience into a beautiful website to attract ticket sales
When we began research for the digital presence for The Brighton Lights, a magical winter experience in our home city of Brighton, we knew this was an opportunity to craft something special. They needed a website that would not only sell tickets efficiently but capture the enchanting essence of the event itself.
As this was an entirely new concept, we worked closely with the newly developed branding to create a mystical digital environment that would transport visitors into the world of The Brighton Lights before they even stepped foot into Stanmer Park. Using WordPress, we built a platform that balanced ethereal design elements - including glowing text and dreamy colours - with practical functionality.
A key focus of our design strategy was ensuring seamless ticket purchasing across all devices. We implemented clear calls-to-action throughout the website, making the path to booking tickets intuitive and straightforward. The user journey was carefully crafted to guide visitors through the experience, from discovering what's on offer to securing their spot at this spectacular event.
Now in our second year of partnership with The Brighton Lights, we've continued to refine and enhance the platform based on user feedback and evolving needs. The website has become an essential tool in building anticipation for this winter highlight, effectively communicating its unique appeal while maintaining robust ticketing functionality.
