Grandad are delighted to announce that we have just launched the new brand and website for the Patient Information Forum.
PIF is the independent UK membership body for people working in health information and support.
They approached us earlier this year to help them deliver a new branding and communications strategy, to include a new brand and website. They wanted to focus on re-engaging their members and highlight their member benefits and services.
An in-depth brand workshop helped define a new brand idea that conveyed PIF’s ethos, their full service offering and the member benefits it provided. The visual language has been significantly updated, modernised and refreshed to emphasise the intelligence, power and influence of the organisation - helping to communicate the huge value provided to members.
The Grandad design team also produced the brand assets for use on the redesigned website, brand guidelines and a wide range of branding collateral that includes internal templates, printed stationery and report designs.
The new website integrates a new CMS, discussion forums, bookable events, automated renewals, a payments gateway and works so much harder for the team.
Members are actively engaging with the site. Automation has freed the marketing team to strategise, improve content and membership services. Membership renewal times have shortened and renewals have increased, along with event bookings.
