Wandsworth’s place as London Borough of Culture 2025 will start an electrifying movement that transforms lives, that’s what we had to reflect. Through sharp and disruptive visual language, we created a sense of excitement with unexpected blips and patterns. We picked a striking, geometric typeface that exhibits the personality and power of Wandsworth to complement the energetic design.

The Name

After creative workshops with the team at Wandsworth and local testing we landed on Welcome to Wandsworth. This name lets everyone know that the party is starting now and that it is in Wandsworth. With available social handles and a URL, it was meant to be.

Application

Since its launch, the brand has been unmissable throughout Wandsworth. With vibrant billboards, stand-out posters, striking flyers, scroll-stopping social media content, fun merch and so much more. We have received great feedback from the team at Wandsworth and even the Mayor of London. Our team are incredibly proud of this branding and we look forward to seeing it continue taking over London in 2025.
