By immersing ourselves in their brand, we uncovered ways to amplify their existing Art Deco imagery and expert branding. We introduced motion graphics and animated elements, giving the site a dynamic and immersive quality that reflects their cutting-edge approach.
Functionality was at the heart of the redesign. To streamline the user journey, we developed a clear and intuitive navigation structure, integrated a robust recruitment system using Workable, and implemented an improved filtering system to connect users with the information they needed quickly.
