Interactive Theatre International (ITI) has been redefining live performance since 1997. With groundbreaking shows such as Faulty Towers The Dining Experience, Confetti & Chaos, and Signor Baffo, they’ve delighted audiences across the world with interactive and immersive comedy that blurs the line between performer and spectator. But to match the scale and ambition of their productions, ITI needed a digital home that could deliver the same mix of playfulness, accessibility, and seamless experience for their audiences.

That’s where Grandad came in. Together, we designed and developed a website that not only showcases ITI’s unique brand of theatre but also makes it simple for audiences everywhere to discover and book performances. Built around striking design and intuitive UX, the platform supports ITI’s mission to connect with global audiences while ensuring their ticketing journey is smooth, engaging, and conversion-focused.

Since launch, our partnership with ITI has continued to evolve. We’ve refined and expanded the ticketing functionality to make it even easier for audiences to connect with performances, ensuring that the site grows alongside ITI’s global reach. Accessibility, responsiveness, and sustainability have been central at every step, ensuring the platform can serve all audiences.

The outcome is a digital stage that reflects ITI’s creative spirit and delivers the same energy and engagement online that their audiences experience in person.
