Creating intuitive journeys and promoting membership value

After more than seven years of collaboration, our partnership has led to a refined digital experience that simplifies navigation, enhances engagement, and automates essential processes. With six overarching sections, the website now intuitively guides users to the content they need, reducing friction and making every interaction more purposeful.

Colour plays a crucial role in shaping the user journey, subtly reinforcing section identities and helping visitors orient themselves with ease. Bright, authentic imagery adds to the visual appeal, making the experience more engaging while maintaining clarity.

Membership is at the heart of the platform, and we’ve ensured it’s both valuable and accessible. A ‘freemium’ approach offers glimpses of exclusive content, enticing users to subscribe. A simple lock icon reinforces what’s member-only, setting clear expectations without disrupting the flow of content.

We have seen an uplift in membership, by 37% since Oct 1st 2019. To put that rise into context, we have not had more than a 3% rise in the last 10 years. It was our work with Grandad on the new website that made this happen.

Automation has been a game-changer. A permission-based member login system streamlines renewals, providing personalised renewal details and the ability to renew anytime. This innovation alone has saved over 650 work hours—freeing up resources for more meaningful engagement.

Through years of collaboration, we’ve built more than a website; we’ve crafted an intuitive, visually engaging, and highly efficient platform that continues to evolve alongside its users.
