Custom Basket Journey
Our partnership with Warwick Arts Centre combines artistic expression with a goal to push digital further in the arts and culture space. Our work creating their custom basket is a testament to that aim.
The booking journey, from event discovery to checkout has been customised with on-brand design and intuitive UX. We restyled the basket for both usability and accessibility, keeping customers feeling confident and informed. Membership, donation and ticket insurance communications are embedded within the basket, with additional personalisation driven by membership status. Buyers receive relevant discount information and intelligent cross-sell and add-on opportunities - all designed to increase basket value without disrupting flow.
Backed by decades of ticketing experience, this partnership has led to several further projects aimed at extending audience connections. A stand-out example was upgrading their Digital Screens; Dotted across the venue, they are a key touchpoint. The update provided customers a seamless journey from website to venue.
