Donation and Membership Components
Our goals for this website renovation were to increase audience relationships and revenue, and so it was clear our donation and membership components would help Turner Sims achieve this.
Supporting fundraising, the donation widget is fully integrated across the website and purchase flow. Suggested donation amounts, value-orientated messaging and intuitive usability all work to reduce friction. In parallel, the membership journey is constructed to drive signups and renewals. The user experiences a streamlined process, with benefits-led messaging woven directly into the ticketing experience - reinforced with consistent communications throughout the website.
When put alongside our full suite of Spektrix and ticketing innovations, the result is a cohesive ecosystem where purchasing tickets, supporting a beloved venue and becoming part of the Turner Sims community feels natural. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can uplift a 50+ year legacy, while advancing the digital space for arts and culture venues.
