Warwick Arts Centre - Digital Screens

Extending audience connections within of the UK’s largest art centres

Our work with Warwick Arts Centre shows our commitment to long-term partnerships. Having already set a new standard for venue websites and Spektrix integration, we extended our collaboration to rethink how they communicate with audiences inside the venue itself.

We believe that every touchpoint is an opportunity to create meaningful connections. Screens dotted around the arts centre are a vital touchpoint for customers, but managing the content had always been a challenge. Updates were time-consuming, manual, and lacked the agility needed to keep up with live announcements and on-sales. Next to a cutting-edge website, the screens were a disappointment - together, we set out to change that.

Through a hands-on collaboration, including two in-person visits to the venue, we worked closely with their team to understand exactly what was needed. A clear solution came to light. Their team were already familiar with the intuitive experience of managing website content in our CMS, YouCreate. Not only that, but the content is already there, along with everything they’d need from their Spektrix events, including real-time “knowledge” of event availability.

YouCreate already had the functionality to schedule messaging, giving the team the flexibility to plan content in advance, and promote on-sales and announcements in real-time. The result is a system that’s as dynamic as the programme it supports - providing a seamless customer experience from website to venue.

This project is a testament to the strength of our ongoing partnership with Warwick Arts Centre. By working side by side, we’ve delivered a digital solution that saves time, reduces stress, and gives staff the tools they need to keep audiences informed and engaged - from the moment they buy a ticket online to the moment they step through the venue doors
