About the client

The Brighton Dome is the South Coast's leading multi-venue arts centre, consisting of heritage buildings along with a wealth of history. They are the centre of the community Grandad calls home and put on over 600 events every year. No wonder we were so excited when this brand that we loved so much asked us to become their digital partner... that was over 10 years ago and it’s still love at first sight!

A revolutionised experience

A custom built, interactive touch screen for venue attendees. Venue exploration, event information, and effortless browsing; the touchscreen has soon become the first-stop-call for the venue's foot traffic.

The integration of the Audience View platform was crucial in promoting the Dome not only as a venue destination but also as a ticket destination. Forever changing the way in which Dome engages with customers before, during and after events.
