Warwick Arts Centre is a multi-venue centre which is one of the largest multi-artform venues in the UK. It is a special place that is integral to life at the University of Warwick as well as arts as a whole. It’s vital that audiences can book experiences there with ease. 

The Brief

Grandad was appointed to integrate their website with the Spektrix booking system and bring their new brand to life within a digital space.

We leveraged all the latest web components available from Spektrix and utilised an API-powered journey. Using developments in the API we leveraged as much automation as possible to save the user time during the booking process (in turn, improving conversion).

The project began with a deep dive into their multiple digital audiences and their specific requirements for the website. At the same time, we got our teeth into really understanding the organisation’s needs, prioritising those which were most pressing. 

Accessibility is something we are passionate about at Grandad. We firmly believe that all sites should be accessible to all, leading us to develop our software, YouAccess.

Grandad is a bit maverick, a bit different. Their approach is a breath of fresh air and they did a fantastic pitch.

Our latest What’s On updates have seen a surge in first-time purchasers and conversions, resolving the organisation's most pressing need - increased revenue.
