Multilingual Websites

Pembrokeshire Coast is home to a breathtaking landscape, truly earning its honour as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Naturally, we wanted their digital presence to match.

Our design creates a cinematic experience, and we knew we couldn’t interrupt this immersion with clunky translation. Pulling from our extensive experience with multilingual websites, we created a seamless blend between the Welsh and English websites. In just a click, park-goers can switch languages without leaving the page they’re on. Allowing them to continue browsing and learning across either language.

It was also key to make this process simple for the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park team. Within their Content Management System (CMS), they can easily link translated pages or copy a page from one language to another. This empowers their team to educate and inspire their entire community, without language barriers.

We’ve implemented similar technology on various other projects. The Keywords Studios website translates across multiple languages.

These projects display how a website can achieve both practical and aspirational goals - creating a beautiful experience that can be explored across multiple languages.
